About Good Vibe Stays

We believe a great stay should be good for everyone.

Good Vibe Stays started, fittingly enough, while we were traveling.

During a trip to Hawaii, we stayed in a beautiful oceanfront condo. It was the kind of place that changed the way we experienced the entire trip. We could grab groceries, settle in, spend a day at the beach, come home, and actually enjoy being there. It felt less like somewhere to sleep and more like our own little piece of Hawaii.

The property was incredible. The experience around it left us thinking.

There were a lot of moving pieces, and while everything worked, the hospitality sometimes felt a little transactional. We kept noticing small opportunities to make the experience warmer, more personal, and more memorable.

Eventually, one of us said some version of, “We could do this.”

And almost immediately, that became, “We could do this really well.”

Between us, we had spent years in real estate, business, marketing, sales, customer service, social media, and, perhaps most importantly, traveling. We understood the investment behind a vacation rental, but we also understood the people walking through its front door.

Good Vibe Stays grew from the idea that you should never have to choose between the two.

Meet Andrew

The head behind the heart.

Andrew has been a Maine real estate broker since 2014 and holds a degree in business. His background spans real estate, investment analysis, marketing, sales, and customer service.

That means when Andrew looks at a vacation rental, he sees more than a booking calendar.

He sees an asset.

He understands what drives revenue, what protects value, what creates equity, and what makes a property competitive. From dynamic pricing and market positioning to presentation, maintenance, and long-term property value, the goal is not simply to get a home booked. It is to help that home perform.

Years of real estate marketing also bring another perspective to Good Vibe Stays. A property should photograph beautifully, present beautifully, and be cared for in a way that protects the owner's options for the future.

Because your vacation rental is a hospitality business today, but it is still real estate tomorrow.

Meet Scott

The heart behind the experience.

Scott also brings a business background to Good Vibe Stays, along with years of experience in sales and customer service and extensive study in social media and modern digital marketing.

But credentials only tell part of his story.

Scott has an instinct for people.

His career in eye care taught him how to listen, communicate, solve problems, and make people feel comfortable. His work in social media taught him something equally important: how experiences become stories, how people discover places, and what makes them want to share those places with someone else.

That combination shapes the guest side of Good Vibe Stays.

The thoughtful message. The warm welcome. The small detail that makes a property feel like home. The experience someone remembers after checkout and tells their friends about later.

Because great hospitality should never feel transactional.

It should feel human.
